NEOTHERM is a newly developed furnace observation glass for observing molten substances during welding processes. In view of medical experiences and technical factors, a furnace observation glass shows the most important requirements of protecting against harmful radiation.
NEOTHERM is the first glass meeting this requirement and offering, therefore eye protection as required in practice. It absorbs the harmful infrared radiation between 780 and 2000 nm.
NEOTHERM is available in shades 4-7A1 DIN – 7A1DIN. All filters NEOTHERM met the requirements as provided by DIN 4647.
