HPR 450 Series

HPR 450 Series is cost effective product equivalent to Concoa 412 series, Tescom 44-3400 series, Go Regulator CYL-2 series, Swagelok KCY series.

The HPR-450 series is a brass two stage pressure regulator recommended for use with high purity non-corrosive gases for analytical and process applications requiring precise, contaminant free pressure control. The two stage design yields a delivery pressure change of less that 0.05% with varying Inlet pressure which minimizes the supply-pressure effect caused by decaying Inlet pressure. Internal surface finish of body is better than 1.6µm with chrome plating as option which allows easier cleaning and lesser particle contamination.

POU 306 Series

POU – 306 Series is cost effective product equivalent to Concoa 480 series, Tescom 44-18 POU series, Swagelok KCP series.

The POU – 306 series is a stainless steel single stage pressure regulator recommended for use with high purity corrosive gases up to 40 bar (inlet pressure) where precise gas delivery systems require high leak integrity and lower dead volume which is particularly important for corrosive and toxic gases. Internal surface finish of body is better than 1.6µm which allows easier cleaning and lesser particle contamination. Stainless steel bonnet prevent atmospheric corrosion and maintain appearance.

Auto Changeover Regulator System
ACR 207 Series

ACR – 207 Series is cost effective product equivalent to Concoa 526 series, Tescom CS-2200 series, Go Regulator COM-2B series, Swagelok KCM series.

The ACR-207 series system is a two stage gas delivery system that uses two diaphragm sensed pressure regulators into a single body to create a compact Auto-Changeover Regulator system. The common outlet port is connected to a single line regulator that ensures continuous flow of gases in critical applications unaffected by supply source depletion. When primary supply drops below the changeover pressure, the ACR-207 system automatically switches from the depleted supply source to an alternate supply source. Check valves and shut-off valves are fitted as standard to prevent escaping gas & complete isolation during change out of cylinders.
