700 SERIES PROXIMITY SUITS
700-SERIES

Made from aluminized glass fibre cloth with vapour / moisture / woolen / FR / heat resistance lining .
Stitched with "KEVLAR" thread consists of hood , visor and firemen helmet .
Proximity suits comes with coat, pant, gloves, hood & shoes.
Shoes are with oil and heat resistant sole.
Gloves are with insulation .
The aluminized fabric tests in accordance with EN 531:1995 + A1:1998-07
Suitable for proximity fire Industrial radiant heat upto 1500^oC
Applicable in foundaries, power plants, cement, steel manufacturing, etc.

The 7000 series Fire Entry Suits consists of separate Coat (with B.A.Set Pouch), Pant, Hood, Boots and Gloves constructed from multiple layers of insulated multi layered Aluminized Silica Fabric (outer shell) for maximum Heat Protection and Radiant Heat Protection. This unique, breakthrough insulation Technology, delivers superior heat and Radiant and flame protection. 7000 series Fire Entry Suits features new patents and ergonomic designs permitting users greater freedom of moments.
These items of heat protective garments are manufactured from, Aluminized Silica Fabric, Thermal Insulation Fabric, Moisture Barrier Lining & Fire Retardant Fabric Lining and Woolen Lining
All these garments are stitched using the superior quality 4 Ply Kevlar thread of DUPONT make, USA.
Shoes are with oil and heat resistant sole.
Application: Ideal for its use where the high heat and radiant heat protection is required. Designs for short duration ambient heat 1500 deg. F (815 C), Radiant heat to 3000 deg. F (1650 C) and total flame 2000 deg. F (1093 C).

FIRE FIGHTER SUIT
9000-SERIES

The suit is made out of Nomex III A 200 gsm. It consists of three layers. Its outer layer is of Nomex III A, the moisture layer consists of 50% Nomex & 50% Viscose coated PTFE membrance and the thermal layer is of carbon felt laminate with 50% Nomex & 50% Viscose comfortable face cloth.
Standards: Coat & Pant - CE EN 469/ EN 340
Fire Hood is made out of 50% Nomex & 50% Viscose knitted fabric.
The fire hood is specially designed for fire-fighters according the requirements of DIN EN 13911:2004 & EN 340 standards.
Firemen helmet is flame- retardant Shell/ Interior Basket / Chin strap. Puncture resist: Retractable PC face protector, Neck protection. Reflective and luminescent stripes. The visor is gold coated transparent which reflects 90% radiant heat. Conforms to EN 443.
Fire protective gloves are made out of superior quality thick chrome leather with thermal insulation and heat protective insulation with Nomex knitted fabric cuff with fire retardant reflective tape. Conforms to EN 659 / EN 420.
Firemen fighting boots are made from Vulcanized rubber upper and sole. Conforms to EN 345-2-1996. Available in black/ yellow colour.
